SWIMMING - STROKE DEVELOPMENT
- March 1-3, 2023
- December 6-8, 2023
Prerequisite: The ability to float and swim 100 yards continuously. MSHP POST Certified Officers only
Course Description: This course is designed to define the following strokes: American Crawl (freestyle), Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke, and Sidestroke. We will work on proper timing and body movements that will allow the student to move more efficiently through the water.
Class size: Limit of 12 students (minimum of 6 students)
