Course Description: Subject areas include supervisory liability, communication, employee performance appraisal, motivational principles, leadership, planning, ethics, cultural diversity, resolving conflict, organizing, and discipline.
Who Should Attend:The First-Line Supervision School is designed for the newly-promoted or soon-to-be promoted first-line supervisor.
Tuition/Registration Fees: Registration fees are due 7 days prior to the start of the class. If fees are not paid in full, the student will not be allowed to attend the course. Forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation is required for full tuition refund. Exceptions to the refund policy will be made at the discretion of the Director of Training.
Cost:
- $540 - tuition, meals, and lodging
- $340 - tuition and meals
Continuing Education Hours:
- 10 hours of Technical Studies
- 28 hours of Interpersonal Perspectives
- 1 hour of Legal Studies

- 2 hours
