2023 Courses of Instruction
BASIC SWIMMING
- December 4-6, 2023
Prerequisite: None. POST Certified Officers only.
Course Description: This course is designed to get the non-swimmer or beginning swimmer more familiar and comfortable in the water. We will cover floating, treading water, and basic swimming strokes focusing on America Crawl (freestyle) and Breaststroke.
Course Length: 16 hours (Monday at 1300 hours to Wednesday at 1200 hours)
Class Size: Limit of 12 students (minimum of 5 students)
Tuition/Registration Fees: Registration fees are due 7 days prior to the start of the class. If fees are not paid in full, the student will not be allowed to attend the course. Forty-eight (48) hours notice of cancellation is required for a full tuition refund. Exceptions to the refund policy will be at the discretion of the Director of Training.
Cost:
- $250 - tuition, meals, and lodging
- $175 - tuition and meals
